Shipping
Payment for the artwork, including shipping costs to your address, must be made in full prior to shipment. All shipments will be sent registered via Australia Post or a reputable courier company, which will require a signature on delivery.
DELIVERY flat fee of $9.95
Paintings less than 50cm x 60cm via Australia Post.
DELIVERY flat fee of $24.95 (due to fragile handling and weight)
Works over all 50 cm x 60 cm via courier.
SHIPPING WORLDWIDE - ON ALL ORIGINALS & UNFRAMED PRINTS - On Canvas & Paper are same rates.
Original works less than 70cm x 70cm will be shipped by Australia Post or courier.
Original works over 70cm x 70cm will be packed and shipped by specialist courier. Insurance is not included in the purchase price however additional insurance cover can be purchased at cost, please get in touch to request additional insurance cover for your shipment.
Prints - Unframed Paper and Unframed Canvas ONLY will be rolled in a sturdy tube for shipping.
Framed Prints are not available for shipping to areas outside Australia at this time.
Shipping times will vary depending the products purchased. Original pieces and handmade products are shipped directly from Melbourne, Australia with Australia Post with tracking. Limited Edition prints are fulfilled by Printful and these shipping times will vary depending on the printing location.
Returns & Exchanges
Fuss free returns and exchanges, provided the work is returned to me within 14 days, in it's original packaging and undamaged.
If the artwork arrives with you and appears damaged please contact me immediately on receipt, with images of the damage.
If, on receipt of the original piece, you don’t love the artwork, please contact me to discuss exchange options, requests for which I will accommodate where possible, depending on the availability of another suitable artwork of the same or lesser value.
Return shipping is at customers expense.
Refunds will be provided once the item has been returned.
Please ensure you are aware of any import duties or tariffs that maybe payable in your destination country prior to placing an order. No refunds or exchanges are offered where a customer elects not to pay such duties and the item is subsequently returned to me.
